Fluorescent Microspheres
Our fluorescent polystyrene beads are available with two different type of internal labels, i.e. classic fluorescent dye labels such as Cy3 and Cy5 and secondly, beads optically encoded using a proprietary labelling technology.
These microspheres have superior properties to traditional fluorescent dye labeled beads such as reduced propensity for photobleaching, narrower emission peaks and improved multiplexing capabilities. Our fluorescent microspheres are ideal for bio-sensing, immunoassays, and imaging applications.
Ultra Fluorescent Microspheres
Ultra Fluorescent Microspheres are optically encoded with unique fluorescent labels with several advantages over classical fluorescent dye labeled beads such as reduced propensity for photobleaching, narrower emission peaks and improved multiplexing capabilities.
Beads are available with two different surface chemistries, i.e. carboxylated and with a patent pending metal-coat for conjugation of biological molecules using carbodiimide coupling chemistry and straightforward high affinity adsorption, respectively.
